# A better model and the Freshdesk team assistant

**Summary:** All accounts moved to a better model, you can integrate the team assistant with Freshdesk, and topic names now appear in conversation details.

- All accounts have been upgraded to a better model.
- You can filter the quality control report based on score.
- You can integrate the team assistant with Freshdesk and configure your groups to environments and (optionally) topics in Unless.

- Topic names are now shown in the conversation details and the quality control report per question/answer.
- When redirecting to a URL (as an action), you can now set it to open in a new tab.
- Messages are now grouped and separated per segment. This means when in a segment, you will only see the messages in that segment and if you switch to a different segment, you will only see the messages in that newly selected segment.
